We take pride in the craftsmanship of every piece at Anai Clothing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the policy below carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request is raised within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Item is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Item is not a sale/discounted item (see Section 5).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased at a discounted or sale price.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order garments.
  • Accessories (potlis, scarves) that have been used or unwrapped.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper washing, or negligence.
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or distributors.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email within 2–3 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Store credit: Credited to your Anai Clothing account within 2 business days of approval (default option).
  • Original payment method: Refund to your original payment instrument within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the value of the returned goods will be refunded.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the item and the defect/damage.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will arrange a free reverse pickup and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

5. Sale Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

6. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, reverse shipping charges are borne by the customer. We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. Anai Clothing is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange and cover return shipping.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a fresh order.

8. Processing Time

Please allow 7–14 days from the date we receive your return for the refund or store credit to be processed.
